What is NLP
Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that helps computer understand human langauge and being able to communicate with human. Articles, facts, people's opinions and feedback can be found everywhere in the digital world through social media feeds, legal cases, laws and regulations, contracts, internal documents, electronic health records, product reviews, contact center logs, etc..
